Ages 4-6. Adult assistance required (no aerial experience needed). Bring your niece/nephew, daughter/son, granddaughter/grandson etc and enjoy the class and your time together.
Little Ones ages 4-6 can experience aerial yoga. The sensation inside the hammock helps children regulate energy, reduce anxiety, and focus attention. Little Ones will get familiar with the hammock, play mindful games and create memories.
