Yoga is a passion for Judi. She has been teaching yoga for nearly 20 years. Judi opened a yoga studio in Brookfield, Illinois in 2007, and has been teaching beginning and continuing students there ever since. Judi also loves training our future teachers; she is proud to be completing instruction of her tenth 200 hour teacher training.

Having a background in elementary education with a degree from WIU and experience teaching children, teaching yoga became the perfect fit. I graduated from Central Park Yoga, RYT-200, in April with the goal of sharing this powerful mind-body connection with my students and our amazing community. I believe that Yoga helps just as much off the mat as on it and look forward to helping everyone of all ages discover the powerful benefits I've experienced.

After being an avid runner all my life, I switched over to yoga in 2018 looking for a gentler practice. Surprisingly, I fell in love with the lifestyle that incorporated the mind, body, and breath. I went on to attend Central Park Yoga and graduated in April 2021 with RYT-200. I believe yoga can transform a person spiritually, emotionally, and physically--which I wish to share with everyone in the community.

I have completed my RYT-200, am registered with the Yoga Alliance, completed continuing education in Trauma Sensitive, and Aerial Yoga. I am also a graduate of Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry and have spent the past year and a half interning for an emotional health consultant. Rhuomai Studio is a place where my life experiences and training converge. My desire is that yoga would be an effective tool for members to live fully loved and walk in complete wholeness, body, soul and spirit.

For years I kept hearing how amazing yoga is. As an active weight lifter I thought it would be too slow of a practice for me until 5 years ago when I decided to give it a try and instantly loved it! I had recently moved to town from Finland and yoga helped me through the biggest change in my life helping me to find balance both physically and mentally. I wanted to learn more about this beautiful practice and attended yoga teacher training this spring graduating in June with RYT-200.

I was introduced to yoga as a child from my mom. My cousin Danielle has been my main motivator. I started my own practice of yoga in my early 20's. Yoga creates balance in my life. Ariel yoga was introduced to me by Krystal. I immediately loved it. It has given me courage, gratitude, strength, confidence and created ambition. I have gained strength mentally and physically. I am excited to share my love of Yoga with you. " I want to Love the world, treat my body right and make the best choices I can."
