For years I kept hearing how amazing yoga is. As an active weight lifter I thought it would be too slow of a practice for me until 5 years ago when I decided to give it a try and instantly loved it! I had recently moved to town from Finland and yoga helped me through the biggest change in my life helping me to find balance both physically and mentally. I wanted to learn more about this beautiful practice and attended yoga teacher training this spring graduating in June with RYT-200.
I join Rhuomai studio with a certification in Kids Aerial through Mindful Child Aerial Yoga & Wellness. I also bring my experiences of teaching dance, coaching poms, and Zumba instructor. My family and I live in Dixon and I am a High School Social Studies Teacher. I have been practicing Aerial Yoga with Krystal since February 2021 and I am thrilled to share my love of the practice with children.
Yoga is a passion for Judi. She has been teaching yoga for nearly 20 years. Judi also loves training our future teachers; she is proud to be completing instruction of her tenth 200 hour teacher training.

I am also a graduate of Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry and spent 2 years interning for an emotional health consultant. Rhuomai Studio is a place where my life experiences and training converge. My desire is that yoga would be an effective tool for members to live fully loved and walk in complete wholeness, body, soul and spirit.
I have always been passionate about teaching and had a 30+ year career as an educator here in Dixon. After retiring, I had more time to devote to yoga and found myself becoming increasingly fascinated with it. I’ve had the privilege of practicing with many different teachers and learned much from all of their styles. That inspired me to return to my roots and become a yoga teacher myself. I earned my RYS 200 Certificate in September 2021 and look forward to sharing my love of yoga and its many benefits with you.
