Class Cancellation Policy
Your reserved class can be cancelled up to 12 hours before the start time of the reserved class without a fee. Failure to do so will result in a class being deducted from your account. This policy is in place to help all student have the opportunity to attend classes that appear to be full. We want to give all students the same opportunity to practice. (During the COVID pandemic – If you feel like you are symptomatic and need to cancel within the 12 hour period, please contact me to make arrangements. We desire to keep all people safe and healthy and will work around symptoms, exposure, QT etc.)
Start Time
We will start class on time. Please arrive 5 minutes early for a traditional yoga or barre class and 10 minutes early for an aerial class. The aerial class may have adjustments to your fabric that need to be made prior to class and we would like you to experience every minute of your class time in practice.
Every effort is made to begin class on time. The schedule is subject to change without prior notice. Please check the online schedule for the most up-to-date schedule.
Registration
Class size is currently limited therefore all classes must be pre-registered using the StudioBookings website or app.
Class Expiration Date
All class packages purchased expire in 90 days after purchase. Exceptions may apply for serious circumstances such as injuries, serious illness, family emergencies, etc.
Injuries
It is your responsibility to let Rhuomai Studio know of any injures and to be mindful at all times of your capability. If you experience any discomfort you must desist immediately. It is your responsibility to consult a doctor with an understanding of yoga/aerial yoga/barre to check that you are fit to participate.
Class Purchases
All purchases of services are non-refundable.
Personal Items
Rhuomai Studio is not responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings.
Late Arrival
The front door will be locked 5 minutes in to the start of class for safety.
Class Attendance
In attending class at Rhuomai Studio, you agree that neither you, your heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Rhuomai Studio or its members for personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Aerial Yoga
You must come to class without any make-up or jewelry. If you bring your own silk, you can wear make up, but still no jewelry. Below is a list of Physical Restrictions and Contraindications for Aerial:
Recent Surgery
Very High or Low Blood Pressure
Pregnancy
Glaucoma
Head Cold, Flu, or Sinustis
Heart Disease
Easy Onset Vertigo
Osteoporosis or Bone Weakness
Recent Concussion or Head Injury
Hiatal Hernia or Disc Herniation
Recent Stroke
Epilepsy
Artificial or Re-Surfaced Hips
Botox (within 48 hours of class)
Licenses and Permission
The Emotional Awareness Class content material is taught with licenses and permissions. The material covered may not in any way shape or form be taught by another profession including other yoga teachers without contacting the originator for granted permission. You are agreeing by taking this class that you will not take the material and practice in another location in a way of instruction or monetary gains.
The Barre class curriculum is a protected curriculum from a company in CA. This curriculum is also being taught with license and permission and in no way shape or form may be taught by other persons without proper licensing and permissions. You are agreeing by taking this class that you will not take the material and practice in another location in a way of instruction or monetary gains.
By booking into a class you are automatically agreeing to the above terms and conditions.
