What is Yin Yoga? Yin yoga is a practice that targets our connective tissues through long held seated stretches at a slow pace.
What is Acupressure? Acupressure is the applying pressure to certain points on the body to aid in pain relief and align energy in the meridians.
What happens when you combine these two practices???? The long held yin postures help our receptive nervous system to calm down and better receive the stimulation of pressure points. The end result is amplified benefits for both Yin & Acupressure. You will walk out feeling relaxed but at the same time energized.
Class will be lead by Yin Teacher, Anna Ostring & Acupressure Therapist, Kassie Harms. Kassie is also a practicing yoga teacher.
