Yin is the opposite of our Yang (Active) practices. Yin teaches you how to feel, activating change at a very deep level while cultivating powerful inner awareness and learning to sit in stillness. You will hold poses between 3-5 minutes using props to assist the depth of your pose. Learn to find peace in some slight discomfort on the mat and take the skill with you as you leave the mat. Yin gets deep into our connective tissues, lubricates the joints and helps us break through the plateaus in our active classes. Give your nervous system the break it needs and come settle for a slow down.
To book this class follow these steps.
1. Create a member profile (or login if you have an existing profile) using the link or by downloading the StudioBookings app.
2. Purchase the Yoga Drop-In ($18) using the cart or store icon..
3. Book the date of the class using the calendar icon.
A two person minimum attendance is required to host a class. If you are registered for the class and minimum attendance is not achieved, the credits will be applied to your member profile for you to take future classes at the studio of equal or lesser value.
