This special event class uses the sensations arising in the physical body through yoga to help guide us into the emotional body. This class combines the concepts taught from Krystal’s internship in CA with her life consultant with the brain and body science of yoga. We will explore what emotional triggers are as well as bringing awareness to our own unique triggers. We will begin to find parts of our true selves and learn to speak a new voice of compassion over ourselves. We will also look at our lives finding the emotional gifts we received from others. You will leave this class with a fresh perspective on who you are, experience the tangible expression of compassion, and learn to access your emotional gifts.
This will be a beginner friendly Restorative Style yoga class. Restorative Yoga is slower and more meditative giving you space to turn inward. We will leave time at the end for any questions.
