Aerial Fitness! The combination of traditional fitness poses (planks, lunges, pull ups, bridge lifts, etc) with the support of the aerial hammock. The hammock helps support poses and adds to your practice by challenging balance and your center of gravity (hello, core!!!). Poses are adaptable, and classes are non-judgmental (every fitness journey is different).
Our Aerial Fitness teacher travels quite a ways to bring this offering to our community. Therefore a minimum attendance of 3 people is required to host this class. In the event minimum attendance is not obtained your class credits will be returned to your member profile for future use or for classes of equal for lesser value.
