Our traditional vinyasa classes are 60 minutes. Enjoy this extended vinyasa as we take time to warm the body and explore deeper stretches. This class is great for anybody. This vinyasa will have a focus for runners and walkers helping to create mobility, flexibility and strength to help aid in faster recovery time and help to prevent injury. Fascinating enough, the same areas that get tight from running and walking also get tight from sitting. So whether you are active or have a desk job this class is just right for you.
