Julie

RYT200 & Yin Teacher

I am forever grateful to a close friend who invited me to my first yoga class. Over ten years ago, I embarked on my yoga journey during a time when I needed to reduce my stress levels. My yoga practice has blossomed, thanks to the wonderful teachers I've encountered along the way.

During the last four years, I’ve had the opportunity to deepen my understanding and skills in yoga by regularly attending Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin classes at Rhuomai Studio. In May 2024, I proudly completed the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. Additionally, in November 2024, I completed 25 hours of training in Yin Yoga, becoming certified to instruct Yin as well. I continue to grow in my yoga studies and practice daily.

I am excited to join the amazing Rhuomai Team as a substitute teacher.
